This results in an exceptionally sturdy blade with superior edge retention. Following the traditional Japanese knife-making techniques, the blade's razor-sharp edge is meticulously honed by skilled bladesmiths using the professional 3-step Honbazuke method. Additionally, it is nitrogen-cooled to enhance durability and flexibility.

The distinctive design - The knife with a unique blade featuring a wavy back, not only looks beautiful but also prevents sticking. Sharpened by hand to a 15-degree angle on each side, it guarantees an incredibly sharp edge with outstanding durability, enabling you to effortlessly cut through steak.
